Short way from Le Cirque, where you can have lunch. I liked the hotel and its staff, welcoming.

The Ritz-Carlton DIFC exceeded all expectations! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the spacious and clean rooms provided the perfect retreat. The option of a shower and bathtub in the bathroom was a game-changer for ladies wanting to keep their hair dry. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like family and even spoiling the children with presents. The location was great, and the on-site facilities like the swimming pool, fitness studio, and spa were top-notch. The overall experience was mind-blowing, and we can't wait to return!

Our city trip was great! The accommodations were exceptional with plenty of space for our family. The staff was helpful and provided us with several suggestions for dining and activities in the area. We also appreciated the location, as there were plenty of supermarkets within walking distance and easy access to transportation.

We did experience a minor inconvenience with the appliances in the apartment. The European appliances were difficult to understand and operate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in a crowded area and close to many of the city's attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious unit in sunken gardens. The parking and transportation provided by the hotel were also very convenient.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Located in a bustling area, the sunken gardens provide a tranquil escape at The Executive Residences. Situated near the Dubai mall, it is an ideal location for shopping enthusiasts. The well-appointed rooms boast breathtaking views and comfortable beds. The staff provides unparalleled service, making guests feel welcome. Breakfast is a feast for food enthusiasts, with many delectable options.

One aspect which may not meet expectations is housekeeping.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the central location and the stunning view of the city from the balcony. The gym and pool were also great amenities.

The basic amenities in the apartment could have been better, and the furnishings were a bit outdated. the noise level from outside was quite noticeable, particularly during the New Year's celebration.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and it provided excellent amenities, including a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The facilities were spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for my work purposes.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated meeting room within the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have a designated space for business meetings or presentations, especially during my training session.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the service provided by the staff at the hotel. They seemed professional but sometimes not accommodating, making my experience less than perfect.

My all-time favorite hotel chain, the Ritz-Carlton, has truly outdone itself with the Executive Residences in DIFC. We've stayed here for over 30 nights and it feels like our home away from home. The facilities are excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. They are always there to offer suggestions for activities and dining, and even helped us with the washer in our apartment. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. The hospitality of the staff, especially at the Belge cafe and swimming pool, was simply amazing. They treated us like family, even spoiling our children with gifts and kind words. The location was also great, with supermarkets within a short walking distance. this hotel is fantastic and exceeded all our expectations.
